Marketing Executive |
|
- Possess Certificate /
Diploma in marketing or Interior Design or any related
qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in sales and marketing in the
building industry.
- Preference will be given to candidate with experience in interior
design working environment.
- Required to have good network of contact with consultants, such as
architects and interior designers.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, creative good interpersonal relationship,
committed and has the ability to work independently with minimum
supervision.

Accounts Assistant |
|
- Possess SPM / LCCI
Cerrtificate / Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 1to 2 years' working experience in related field.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Familiar with computerised accounting systems and well versed in
Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates with knowledge in BaanERP application has an added
advantage.

Assistant |
|
- Possess SPM or
Diploma in Human Resource.
- Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in human resource.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in overall office
administration.

- Possess SPM / STPM
or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' working experience in property development
environment.
- Candidates with knowledge in property development application has
an added advantage.
