Requirements:
Possess SPM or Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 4 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource Management
IT literate with sound knowledge of payroll system (hands-on experience in KaizenHR software is an added advantage)
Job Descriptions:
Assist in all aspects of human resources management which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development and performance management
Assist in on-boarding process for new recruits including induction and assimilation into the organization
Ensure proper administration of monthly payroll and all statutory contributions are timely remitted
Able to handle employee relation issues
All the above positions are required to have credit in SPM Mathematics.
