1. Project / Site Manager
   Requirements:
   
   • Minimum SPM
   • At least 5-8 years experience in project or site management
   • Able to communicate well with site government agencies
   Job Descriptions:
   • To study and check consulants design proposals, tender drawing and tender bills, specification to mitigate over design / design mistakes, over / under specification, scope of tender and condition of tender
   • To plan and derive a master construction program
   • To keep cost and time to comply with standard and contract requirement
   • To ensure site is properly handed over to contractor for their possession and responsibility in accordance with the contract
     
     
     
2. Quantity Surveyor
   Requirements:
   
   • Possess SPM or certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building Science or equivalent
   • Minimium 3-5 years experience in preparation of cost plan and tender documents, familiar with PAM form contract
   Job Descriptions:
   • To receive, handle and take custody all tender and contract documents, insurance policies, warranties, performance bond in the manner guided by Head Of Project
   • To coordinate and follow up with Consultants on isues related to project pursuant to Client-Consultant meeting
   • To check, evaluate and prepare certification for Consultant Professional fees
   • To check and prepare certification for contractor progress payment
   
   
   
3. Project Executive (HQ, Jalan Shelly)
   Requirements:
   
   • Possess SPM or Diploma in any related field
   • Minimum 2 years working experience at project site preferable in architect field
   • Able to handle AUTOCAD and understand construction drawing
   Job Descriptions:
   • To assist Project Manager and responsible for implementation of secured projects
   • Duties include coordinate and effect all materials delivery to site and ensure proper documentation
   • To coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants and any other parties on site implementation works
   • TTo tabulate and submit monthly progress claim to client and progress payment certificate to sub cons
