1. Project Manager / Project Engineer (HQ, Jalan Shelly, Cheras)
   Requirements:
   
   • Possess SPM/Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Building or its equivalent
   • At least 5-8 years experience in project or site management
   
   Job Descriptions:
   • To study and check consultants design proposals, tender drawing and tender bills, specification to mitigate over design, design mistakes,  
   • over / under specification, scope of tender and condition of tender
   • To plan and derive a master construction program
   • To keep cost and time to comply with standard and contract requirement
   • To ensure site is properly handed over to contractor for their possession and responsibility in accordance with the contract
   
   
   
2. Project Executive (HQ, Jalan Shelly, Cheras)
   Requirements:
   
   • Possess SPM
   • Minimum 3 years experience in electrical field
   
   Job Descriptions:
   • Responsible for the implementation of secure project
   • To coordinate effectively with contractor, consultants and other related parties
   • To keep update Project Manager on the progress works and issues to ensure time completion
