Requirements:
Possess SPM or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 1 year working experience in sales / marketing
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
Good interpersonal & communications skill & able to interact with all level of customers
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the aggressive promotion and marketing of products
To collect market and competitor information to identify measure and endeavour to secure bigger market share
Preparation of proposals and quotation for submission to customers
Monitor collection of payment and customer credit terms and limit
Sales Administrative Executive (HQ, Jalan Shelly)
Requirements:
Possess SPM or Diploma in any related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in Property Development – Sales Admin and Credit Control, Sub-Sales and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT)
Job Descriptions:
To follow up with the Marketing Agents and SPA Solicitors on signing of the SPA
To liaise with Bankers/ Loan Solicitors and ensure loan documentation is completed
To follow up on loan release and monitor the loan release on timely basis
To update the Property Development Software (PDS) on collection and any necessary adjustment and etc
All the above positions are required to have credit in SPM Mathematics.
