COMPANY HISTORY
TSI Builders Sdn Bhd was incorporated on November 1978 under the name
of Star Realty Development
Sdn Bhd. Its name was changed to Uniphoenix Builders Sdn Bhd since January
1995. The company changed name to TSI Builders Sdn Bhd in June 1997.
OBJECTIVE
TSI Builders Sdn Bhd was established to provide total building construction management service
to the building industry, with the ultimate objective to establish an
efficient and professional building construction management team that
could offer necessary management service to TSI Holdings Sdn Bhd for future
realty development and any other related business.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Operating as management contractor that undertakes projects like construction
of new office buildings
for both public private sectors; refurbishment of existing office and
commercial complexes; construction of factories, housing schemes, etc.
via reputable contractors which have been registered with the Pusat Khidmat
Kontraktor (PKK).
