Some of the strategies that the Group intends to adopt in order to achieve its mission include:
 
offering a range of products and specialised services in the arena where the Group is strong and experience in
expanding market coverage through alliances and joint ventures with strategic partners locally and in the region
continuous efforts in product and personnel development

 
LOOKING AHEAD

The TSI Group intends to establish itself as a leading provider of architectural products, building systems and specialised services to the building and construction industry in Malaysia and the region. To date, the Group had successfully established strategic alliances with foreign counterparts in Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia whereby the foreign counterparts are responsible of seeking business opportunities and the TSI Group will provide the necessary follow-through support and completion of the projects.

The Group is currently looking at opportunities to venture into Thailand as it sees great potential in that country. In addition, the TSI Group had also bid for some major projects in Bangladesh.

The Group is also focusing its efforts in the development of products and services which does not require much labour input and at the same time enhance productivity. Its product development efforts include the prefabricated toilet bathroom and Glassfibre Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) products.

It is the intention of the TSI Group to place more emphasis in the hospital sector as well as low to medium cost residential development projects.
